My daughter is a nurse (working three 12 hour shifts per week) and son-in-law works two to three 24 hour shifts per week. We need help with their daughter when the shifts overlap - typically 2 times per week. You may be needed overnight 6 p.m. - 8am, or during the day 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
