Energetic/ Long-term Nanny Needed

My son loves the outdoors, arts and crafts and keeping busy. I have had the same nanny for the last 4 years, but due to school and a job in her career field I am in the market looking. I share this to say, I am interested in building a relationship of sustainability with my nanny that my son loves and thrives from. We have a well-trained dog, so being pet friendly is required. My son has a routine style of living so days are very similar with the variation coming in the afternoon activities. Desire someone who is creative, energetic, warm, sociable, pays great attention to detail, consistent, timely, responsible, authentic and honest. Also someone who is open to a monthly schedule, with time flexibility across morning, afternoons and weekends. There is the option for occasional overnight/traveling but not required.
