About the job
Part-time care needed for our 2 and 3-year-olds for a few hours weekly. Care will be provided in-home while dad is also home, focusing on housework and home projects. Our family prioritizes engaged play & learning activities. The kids are happiest outside - puddles, mud, rocks, bugs, etc. are their favorites. They need help with teaching moments, like sibling tiffs, planning their day, getting dressed and using the potty. We're looking for someone who is kind and patient. The most important trait is someone who will get on their level and engage with them. We have one long-haired dachshund who is going on 12. We also have a hamster named Kiki. We don't expect our caregiver to take care of the animals, but our daughter may ask to play with Kiki from time to time.
