In-house Baby Sitter Beginning 12/9/2024 (hours 6am-6pm Mon-Thurs) For 1 Year Old

I am looking for a female adult who can babysit my 1-year-old daughter P. in house Monday-Thursday 6am-6 p.m. while I am at work. My shift will be 7am-5 p.m. I want someone who is reliable, responsible, loves kids, kind, nurturing, clean, knows CPR, SAFE, professional, punctual, has experience baby sitting or tending to babies/toddlers, no criminal record and overall someone I can be comfortable with leaving my child in their care while I am working with the peace of mind of knowing that she is being well taken care of. My daughter sleeps mostly during the day. Her food (a bottle with solid food) will be made so all you'll have to do is warm it up (breakfast and lunch) and feed her the solid food and a snack in the afternoon. She likes to watch tv and any other educational shows. She has toys and dolls she can play with as well. My daughter wears diapers so of course she'll need to be changed as well. Typically during that time frame she goes through 3-4 diapers. My daughter is going through her developmental stage. She's learning to walk and talk so any helpful or educational activities geared around that would be greatly appreciated. She has books you can read to her as well. Kind, punctual, professional, clean, nurturing, no criminal record, has experience babysitting or tending to babies/toddlers, hands on, reliable, respectful, responsible, knows CPR and loves kids! There is free parking outside of my apartment building. I have a small shih tzu. He will be gated in a separate area of the home so no need to tend to him during that time (unless you want to play with him). He does tend to bark when someone new comes around but he just has to get used to you; but he is not aggressive at all.
