Night Nanny Needed For My Child In Monroe.

My son is 11 months old. During the day, he loves being outside, going for walks, playing with his toys, and being read to. Where I am needing assistance is during the night. He isn't a great sleeper, he still wakes up every 1-2 hours throughout the night and requires a lot of assistance to sleep (rocking, bouncing, patting, shh-ing, humming, etc). He no longer nurses at night. He doesn't take a pacifier and we do not do cry it out in any form.
