Long Term Nanny Needed For Awesome Kid!

We are looking for a nanny for 2-3 consistent days a week (preferably Thursday and Fridays). Also, someone with flexibility for a date night/day. Our little guy is 2 years old. He is very smart and enjoys playing with his current nanny (she will be returning to school full time in the fall). Looking for someone that likes to have fun, teach, and also provide a safe environment. I work from home and will be available to help as needed:)! He is still in diapers, so someone who would be comfortable with changing diapers a couple times a day and willing to help potty train in the next couple months. Looking for long term starting in September! We treat our nanny like family and we are pretty easy going, as long as our son is loved and having fun!
