Recurring Babysitter - Part Time

Hello! I work from home full time and my husband works from home part time. We have a 2-year-old daughter and a 3-month-old son. We are looking for a responsible, child loving babysitter to look after our toddler while we work. We are looking for someone who will play/entertain our daughter during certain working hours at our home. We want someone who is able to do crafts, learning activities as well as outdoor play. We are a smoke free home and we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. We value quality time with our kids. We try our best to limit screen time so we can be present with our children. Teaching manners and respect is important. We love family walks and going to parks We love going outside to play. This includes walks, our play set, drawing chalk and blowing bubbles. Our kids love singing and dancing as well as reading books. Our daughter loves to learn and do crafts. We are trying to potty train our daughter so she needs help with that. We are looking for someone who is patient, kind and caring. We want someone who will connect with our daughter and can give her the one on one time she needs/deserves while we are working. We want someone who is active and can run around and play with our daughter. We have a driveway for parking. We have two pets. One dog is a Bernese mountain dog. One dog is a pit mix We have a cat and the breed is unknown. All of our pets are friendly. The dogs will be upstairs on the first floor while our main play area is in the basement.
