Nanny Needed For Sweet 16 Month Old

We are looking for a nanny for our 16-month-old daughter in Marquette. We would like someone M/W/F, but are also considering full-time M-F. Time: 7AM-3:30/3:45PM, but we will always pay you until 4 p.m. We also offer paid holidays and snow days. I am a teacher, so we follow MAPS school breaks, (which are usually 3 days for Thanksgiving and 2 weeks off for Christmas), and you would have summers off. We contact nap for all naps and would like our caregiver to do the same. We never cry it out, ever. Allergen-free organic foods- no dairy/soy/eggs. Get outside daily. No screens- including caregiver not being on their phone in front of baby (within reason). She does not like loud noises but loves reading and open-ended play. We are interested in someone warm, thoughtful, energetic, and reliable. Bonus points for artistic interests!
