Part-Time Nanny Needed For Daytime Infant Care Starting Late August

We're looking for a nanny for our new baby girl starting 3 mo after birth, so around the end of August. The position is for 1-2 days/wk for 8-9 daytime hours/day on weekdays (exact days TBD). Can be flexible on 1 vs 2 days! I'll return to work part-time (2 days/wk) after my 3 mo maternity leave. We both work from home, so we'll be available if any emergencies arise. We have 2 dogs, so the ideal candidate would be comfortable with dogs (can be discussed). Responsibilities include feeding, changing diapers, nap time, outdoor time, and engaging in age-appropriate activities to support development (screen time avoided). The perfect nanny is responsible, keeps a clean environment, communicates effectively, and loves the outdoors. Reliable transportation is important.
