Reoccurring Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Lansing

Our family is looking for a babysitter for our two boys (20-month-old and 3-year-old) in our home. Our 3-year-old will be attending pre-school all day Tuesdays and Thursdays, so would only be caring for our youngest on those days. I work M-F virtually and my husband is a firefighter who works 24 hour shifts, but the days of the week vary. Ideally, we would find someone who is flexible on days (known far in advance), and for only 12-24 hours a week (difficult to find we know... so willing to work with someone on the schedule, or hire 2 people if needed for coverage). Some light tidying up and meal preparation would be expected. Looking for someone reliable, caring, and likes to be outdoors as we value outdoor play and being active.
