Nanny Needed For My Children In Lansing.

I am looking for support with my infant while I work from home. Days and hours can be worked around your schedule. He is 6 months old and is very sweet with low needs. He loves to take walks, use sensory toys, read books, hear music, and engage in play (stretching, singing, talking). However, he only sleeps while being held and breastfeeds on demand regularly throughout the day, so when the baby needs me, I'm hoping the sitter can help us keep up on light housekeeping and walk the dog. This would include laundry and dishes, some organizing, and perhaps vacuuming or wiping down surfaces. I mainly need support with the baby while trying to take calls or attend virtual meetings, which are occasionally unpredictable, so flexibility is key. I am also hoping to find someone who is BIPOC and/or LGBTQ, or allied to those communities.
