Regular Babysitter Needed For 2yr Old

Hi! I am looking for a "go to" babysitter for my daughter. She is 2 years old and very communicative! We live a very active lifestyle and I'm looking for someone who could be a great fit for our family and someone my daughter can become very comfortable with. I would like to have a main "go-to" sitter to watch her at our place. Hours would vary but typically I would think one night a week. Occasional weekend hours also. Again no set schedule but I would be looking for sporadic care 4-8 times a month.
