We are looking for a loving faith-filled Director for our childcare facility. We are a brand new childcare facility here in Kalamazoo, and our mission is to Make freedom in childcare a reality. We look to provide freedom for our staff by scheduling for a 3 Day work week, every week, with benefits to include a 401(k) with a 1% match. A minor in ECE or Child development Is a Requirement of this Position. Duties Implement center policies admin day to day operations and address both staff and parents annual evaluations for staff Qualifications A minor in early childhood education or child development (required) A minimum of 3 months of full time experience Be at least 21 years of age Be Willing to complete the required 45 hours of admin credential once hired A minor in ECE or Child development Is a Requirement of this Position. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and are looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.
