Weekend Help For 1-3 Kids Ages 1-8 Years Old

I am seeking a compassionate and reliable babysitter to lend a helping hand with our lively household of 1-3 kids, aged between 1 to 8 years old. This will help balance housework, errands, church commitments, and weekly preparations. Our oldest is an 8-year-old autistic boy, mostly nonverbal. Experience and comfort in working with neurodivergent children is essential. The little ones are energetic and full of curiosity. We have 2 small dogs that can be a bit grouchy, but they are primarily kept in a separate area, so it will be minimal interaction. Expectations - Engage kids with fun and educational activities. - Provide attentive care to each child's needs, especially catering to the preferences and communication style of our oldest son. - Light meal/snack preparation. -Maintain a safe and nurturing environment. - Previous experience with children, particularly neurodivergent kids, is highly preferred. - Training in CPR/First Aid is a plus. - Patience, kindness, and creativity are key! We can adjust the schedule; primarily focused on weekends and occasional weekday afternoons. Our home is in a great neighborhood with easy access and parking available.
