Urgently Looking For Sitter Or Nanny For Baby

Hi, I am recreating this post. I have a 4-month-old baby and two small friendly dogs. I am a cna going back to work 3-11 p.m. in a nursing home. I am starting out part time but would like to put in for a full time 3-11 p.m. bid. If I got the full time position I would need someone to come take care of the baby 2-5 p.m. or so just until my husband gets home from work. He gets home at different times so we have a small window where we need help. It would be 2 days a week. I need a dependable person as I would need to be able to get to work on time and would need someone to be able to commit to helping us long term. We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Kalamazoo. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.
