Travel RN Needs Nanny For 2.5 Year Old

My son is 2. 5 years old and I am a nurse. I am primarily looking for someone to come to my home for work days with reliable transportation. However, I am open to a live in nanny or someone who can help with before/after daycare and weekends/holidays. In-home care would also require light housework such as sweeping/vacuuming, loading/emptying the dishwasher, tidying, etc. Requirements are having reliable transportation, being kind and caring (I use gentle parenting), being consistent and punctual, being clean/tidy. Must be ok with cats. The schedule is 3 days a week for 15. 5 hours and is varied for days each week but is usually given 6 weeks at a time and typically includes every other weekend and occasional holidays. The average is 46-47 hours a week, paid weekly. Pay is negotiable depending on the agreement and level of experience.
