About the job
We are looking for a playful, nurturing, and silly nanny for our 2yo and 5yo boys for the summer. Our kids attend Montessori during the school year, but you don't need to be Montessori trained. We hope our kids get oodles of outdoor time on our 2 acres near a lakeside park, but we also have dedicated indoor space. I'm looking for someone who likes to play make believe, read books, do art projects, build stuff, watch vegetables grow, and spark wonder in little kids. My preferred hours are 8am-4pm, but we can be flexible since I have a fully remote job and reliable backup childcare. The only housekeeping I expect is that you model and encourage cleaning up after yourself in the course of activities. I'd also expect light food prep for snacks and lunch for the kids, which you're welcome to share. Looking forward to meeting you!
