Recurring Babysitter At My Home During The Day Mon-wed

I am looking for someone to watch my 7-month-old son at my home during the day while I work from home. I run my own business and work from home Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in my home office and it is difficult to get my tasks done when I am also giving my son full time attention. He is very inquisitive and likes to be entertained all the time! I have never hired a sitter that I don't know personally so I am hoping to ease into it slowly to get more comfortable with it. I am thinking of starting with one day a week at first and potentially moving to 2-3 days a week. I am flexible with which day(s) he would be watched, whether it be Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. I am willing to help out as well since I will be around the house :)
