Nanny Needed For A 4yo Type 1 Diabetic (as Well As His Brother Outside Of School Hours)

I'm looking for a nanny for 2 boys (4 & 7). 1 child (7yo) will only be there on days with no school (spring break, snow days, summer break, etc.) Some light housekeeping is expected, just to clean up after their dishes/toys/etc. For awareness we have two cats. 4yo has been recently potty trained and is a Type 1 Diabetic. He requires medical management of his blood sugar and administration of insulin via insulin pump. I will provide details on how to count carbs and administer insulin for meals. He will start half day preschool in the fall and we would hope you could stay on for the other half of the day and do preschool drop off/pick up. Possible school pick up of the oldest is also an option depending on the schedule we agree to as I can be somewhat flexible in my "8am-5pm" typical work day window.
