Our kids are well behaved and two of them go to preschool. Our 5-year-old goes every day until 11:30, and our 3-year-old goes Mon Wed Fri until 11:30. I need someone who is comfortable making lunch for them and cleaning up well. We encourage them to play - they love magnetiles and are good at using their imaginations. They all take an afternoon quiet time or nap, and during that time I'd like our sitter to help with laundry and light cleaning, so the house is neat when we come home. We also really want this person to be a Christian, who values the same things as us.
