About the job
Looking for a very flexible person to assist while I work from home 0-2 days a week. Caregiver might care for 1 child, or might have 3 depending on situation and my needs at work. Would possibly require picking up one child from therapy but would have use of family vehicle to do so. Needs might change each week or by the day. Schedule is dependent on my husbands, and I could tell you months of needs in advance. Hoping for someone who is a non-smoker and good with pets as we have 2 large dogs. Looking for someone who is patient, reliable, energetic and go with the flow. We are a very "Type B" family and want someone we can rely on to love on our babes and be part of the family. Our oldest little is 3. 5 years old and does have extra needs with a speech delay but manages well and we would show you her communication style and needs.
