Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Holt

I'm looking for a nanny for my 1-year-old. We need about 5 hours of help on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The ideal nanny will provide the child with a calm and nurturing environment without overwhelming them with activities or interactions (that is, to the extent possible, let the kid do what they want). We have a medium-sized dog -- she is harmless, but she loves everyone and will want to get pets from you. A couple non-negotiables: 1) We are very strict about washing hands, especially a) after arrival, b) after diaper changes, c) after contact with the dog, if it occurs (we can keep the dog away). 2) We are allergic to strong scents, including those coming from many popular laundry detergents, hair products, and perfume; unless you use fragrance-free products, we likely won't click.
