Sitter For 1yo. Flex Schedule

We have a 1-year-old daughter who just likes to be on the move! Dad is in the military and also travels a lot for his civilian job. I'm a part time nurse that works 07-1900 twice a week. I am able to self schedule so we don't need a sitter on a regular basis. Usually on drill weekends, and when dad is out of town for work. Our daughter is down to one nap a day that lasts 2-3 hours in the early afternoon. We will usually prep all of her bottles ahead of time so they are ready throughout the day. We are currently working on transitioning her to whole milk (going well) and more solid foods (not going so well) ha. We are a fairly laid back, go with the flow family. As long as our daughter is fed, changed, and safe we don't much mind what happens throughout the day.
