Looking For Reliable Caregiver For 15mo Boy. Schedule Will Vary. ~10-15 Hours Per Week

Hello! I am looking for someone to fill-in for my caregivers throughout the next 6-7 months. I work from home and travel for work, so my schedules vary. I do need a reliable back-up for when my family is unable to help. My son is 15months old and very active. I am a single mom by choice and my parents live 1 street away so it's like an extension of my home! I moved here from the west coast last year after my son was born because doing it solo was not working out. Moving cross country on my maternity leave wasn't ideal at the time, but it ended up okay! I am a Public Relations executive in the travel industry so my job requires extensive travel at times. Having an extra set of hands to help my family while I'm gone is so important. I also work from home and sometimes I just need to get out and do something for me once in a while. Having a reliable caregiver who knows my son would be awesome. I'm really looking to get him familiar with someone who can step in from time to time, or even in a pinch. I have a few dates on my calendar coming up these next 3 months specifically where I know I'll need extra help. Hopefully a meet and greet can turn into a match! - Erika
