Nanny For 2-yr Old In Grosse Pointe

I have a 2-year-old daughter who needs care from March 24th until the beginning of September 2025. Need to be comfortable with my husband and I around the house - we both have a hybrid work schedule. We have 2 dogs at home, looking for someone who is truly comfortable with dogs. Our ideal nanny will take our daughter on outings to the park, pool, library, play class etc. I like her to spend at least a few hours each day out and about. I want someone who can actively engage in play with her and have some structure to each day so she can grow and learn. I don't need someone to do much housework, but meal prep and toy/activity cleanup are helpful. I am looking for someone who is honest, a good communicator, and has a positive attitude. I need someone at least Monday - Thursday 9-5 and potentially on Fridays.
