Nanny For 2 Boys

Hi, I'm looking for a nanny asap for my two 7-year-old boys for weekend mornings (8 a.m. or 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or noon) and, ideally, weekday mornings for walking them to school (8 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. but I'd pay for the full hour) for $25/hour. If you'd need more hours, I'm also open to home or outside play time after school on weekdays. I'm a professor at Wayne State, originally from Germany, and adopted the boys on my own. They are mixed-race aka light-skinned black. We try to be outside as much as possible to burn off some of that little-boy-energy before doing calmer things like art and legos inside. We don't use screens or toy weapons, kids are so much more regulated, happy, and imaginative without either. I am looking for someone for as long-term as possible, ideally for years, someone who will become part of our tiny family.
