Morning Babysitter For Our 5-Month-Old In Walker, MI

We are looking for a nanny for our 5-month-old in Walker, MI. My husband and I work varying days each week, so we aren't necessarily looking for someone the same day each week. Flexibility will be really important for us! My husband works 24-hour shifts, so we are mostly looking for someone to be there in the morning so he can get some sleep in case he wasn't able to sleep the night before. We also have 2 dogs that are mostly well behaved and very independent.
