I'm a new mom to a 3-month-old baby girl, and I'm preparing to return to work in early February. I'm seeking an experienced and caring nanny who will be fully engaged with my baby during their time together. Its important to me that the nanny loves working with children, is responsible, and is enthusiastic about helping my daughter achieve her monthly developmental milestones. I work from home and will be completely tucked away in my office while the nanny is here, though I might pop down occasionally for lunch.
