Active Nanny Near Alger

We are a very active family looking for a nanny to take over for our current care (been with us for 2 years) full time on weekdays. We have not implemented any screen time yet so looking for someone active outdoors and creative (library, play dates, play cafe). Our son loves to read, talk and anything including a ball. Something that is importantly to our family is someone active who enjoys time outdoors in all seasons. Our 2-year-old loves reading books, chasing our dog and watching fire trucks pass by. He loves all foods, dogs and people. He loves his toddler bed and quiet time in his room even when he skips a nap. We need help with light housework like vacuuming, wiping down the counters, emptying the dishwasher and light meal prep for his meals. We are looking for someone motivated to be outdoors and enjoys working with kids. Our son is very active, kind and loving. We need someone who lets the child lead and is able to sit back and allow him to explore. We are always interested in new ideas like parks we've never been to or places to explore. Our current sitter has taken him to play cafes, area libraries and play dates, if that is something you are comfortable as well. Yes, there is parking next to our home. We have a 40lb Aussie mix who is very vocal and loves to follow our son around. Mealtime we normally separate them, or all of his fingers will be licked, they are best buds.
