Seeking Long-term Date Night Babysitter

We have a 12-month-old and are looking for a babysitter that could consistently do one date night per week on Thursday. We'd also check with you for ad-hoc events on other days if you are open to it. He's an absolute wonder, but is starting to have stranger danger, so it's really important to us that we find someone patient who can handle the initial phase, and comes regularly for a longer period so he can get used to them. We love to do a trial run while we're here sometime to make sure it's a good fit We also have a chill dog. Preference to people who respond to the details above.
