Just watching him. He usually knows how to access his snacks and whatnot he just cannot be alone as a 5-year-old. He gets off the bus at 4 p.m. in our neighborhood and needs an adult present for pick up. He then needs care until approximately 6 p.m. since I work until 530 Tuesday thru Thursday and til 430 p.m. on Mondays When he gets home he will most likely just want to sit on the couch and snack, eat some dinner, watch tv. He doesn't have homework yet. He might want to run around and play with his toys but he needs no structural support just someone present for safety.
