Our sweet little daughter, E (E ). is currently 11 months old. At 3 months old, she was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder that causes seizures and developmental delays. Despite this all, she is a happy and resilient baby who often smiles. She loves looking at trees, singing and dancing, and people-watching. Our family would ideally like to work with someone who either has worked with children with disabilities or is willing to learn about our routine when she experiences a seizure. Since she has some mobility delays, we are working with early intervention to give her the best support we can. Our ideal day would be a balance of playtime/reading/physical play activities and general caring. My husband works from home, and I occasionally work from home, so we're generally available if she has a seizure or if there is an emergency.
