Mother's Helper Needed For Newborn Twins - Average 4 Hours/3 Days A Week

My wife is a former full-time nanny of 10 years and now we have twins on the way! My wife is carrying twins, will be a first time mom, and she only has 5 weeks of time off. She is hoping to find a mother's helper to come here on the days she is working from home and partner with her on the twins' care. This schedule must be flexible (average 4 hours a day) as we need to work around the twins schedule once it's established. I am hoping to find someone who is just happy to be here and sees this as a bonus "job". We need someone LGBTQ friendly, experienced with newborns, sweet & fun with a calm presence, and able to just hop into helping us with the twins. I need a confident mother's helper who can possibly teach us a thing or two!
