Long Term, Part Time Nanny For 3+ Kids!

Hey there! My husband and I have 3 kids, a 6 y/o boy, 3 y/o girl, 1. 5 y/o girl, and due with our 4th in October! I work from home 1-2 days a week, but can get caught up in phone calls for 15-20 mins at a time, and like having a sitter over so I don't have to leave the kids for those stretches! My husband and I try to go out for a date night once a week or so, so in total we'll need about 12-20 hours of child care a week depending on my schedule. I've paid our previous sitters $15/hour for 2 kids, and $18 when all 3 are home, but it's open for discussion! We're looking for a nanny who is CPR certified, has experience babysitting multiple kids at a time, and will be available 1-2 days a week year round. We're hoping to work with you regularly for the next 2 years to have some consistency for our kids! Look forward to meeting you!
