West Michigan Nannies is hiring an experienced nanny for family in beautiful Grand Haven with a newborn, beginning this spring, May 5th. A candidate best suited for this opportunity is someone that has prior infant experience and a wealth of knowledge about baby's developmental needs and milestones and most importantly, is willing to be an excited, active participant in incorporating age-appropriate play and activities to encourage learning and meeting milestones. The ideal match is also someone that has a lot of flexibility with their availability to accommodate the unique scheduling of this position. Nanny will be guaranteed 30 hours/week of pay and will work approximately 14 shifts per month. Shifts are about 10 hours long and will vary days from week to week (including some weekends), with shifts nearly never occurring more than three days in a row. So while there is a lot of variability, the schedule is known months in advance for your planning purposes and can be a great perk as it permits lots of random days off. Family can be flexible with your time off needs as long as it is communicated 2-3 months in advance. Baby is always nanny's main focus, and help with tidying up after playtime and washing bottles is appreciated.
