Kind & Present Caregiver For Our Two Boys

We're seeking a kind and present caregiver for our two boys (ages 1 &3.) We have a busy home that also includes two medium size dogs, so this individual needs to be comfortable with pets as well. We are hoping for someone who can jump right in and be a part of our family! Our boys like to spend lots of time outside playing. It's very important to us that screens/devices are kept to a minimum. Cooking and light cleaning is a huge plus, but not mandatory. Right now, we would like to hire someone who can help with the occasional weekend date night, or a few hours here and there so I can work or get in some exercise.
