Nanny Needed For My Newborn In Grand Blanc

We a have a new baby (born January 2025) and an 18-month-old (born July 2023). Looking for someone who can help with the newborn at our home early mornings (start at 5-8AM) through afternoon (end at 1-4PM) 2-4 days a week. Occasional weekend availability is a bonus, but not required. We have an 18-month-old that will be taken care of by family/daycare between 8AM-4 p.m. each weekday. There may be overlap where you take care of both the newborn and our 18-month-old, even if it's just for 1-2 hours in the AM. We want someone who is an excellent communicator & experienced. You will provide own transportation to / from our house (located in Grand Blanc), which is where you'd watch the newborn (we are not interested in daycare at someone's home).
