Nanny To 3-month Old

I have a sweet baby girl who is definitely a mommy's girl right now. She was born in November, and we are looking for a part time nanny for a few months. I am an Environmental Scientist and work a hybrid schedule where I'll need to be in office 2 days a week. There are some weeks that this may adjust, so I would prefer someone flexible. (Sometimes 1 day in office, sometimes over 3). Dad is an accountant who also has a hybrid schedule. We have two cats in the home that are very sweet and won't bother you unless they are begging to be loved on. We are looking for someone who will help keep our baby on a schedule and is patient and loving in their care.
