Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Flint.

Looking for a reliable longer term nanny/sitter arrangement for my active toddler. I work night shift 3-4 nights a week so the shift would be from about 4-5 p.m. to 4-5 a.m. I have several pets in the home as well, so must be comfortable with cats and dogs. My daughter is almost 2 and loves walks, reading, snuggling up and has a very fun, energetic personality. Looking for a provider of childcare who does not smoke, doesn't mind doing small tasks as needed to ensure home runs smoothly while I am away, doesn't mind a toddler who still is breastfed and is okay doing some meal prep, has reliable transportation, can commit to being around awhile so she doesn't have to always change providers. No transport needed, but I would appreciate someone who is open to taking her on walks when the weather is better. In general, also looking for a pet sitter.
