Overnight Childcare Needed For 2 Older Children

I am looking for someone who is able to care for my children overnight as I am a nurse that works the midnight shift. The days I work are flexible, 2-3 days a week. My youngest child is a type 1 diabetic and needs someone who is able to care for him- I will provide paid training for this. I need you to hang with the kids in the evening, make sure they eat dinner, put them to bed on time, wake them up for school and make sure they get out the door. We do also have a dog who generally just loves people. Helping kids clean up as needed, cleaning up after yourself- as long as I can come home to how I left it, thats what matters to me! Prefer someone who is able to help manage older children- ages 10 & 12, both neurodivergent; able to handle typical sibling butting of heads, etc. Thanks for your interest & I look forward to hearing from you!
