Overnight Childcare Needed For 2 Older Children

I am looking for someone who is able to care for my children overnight as I am a nurse that works the midnight shift (7p-730a). The days I work are flexible, 2-3 days a week. My youngest child is a type 1 diabetic and need someone who is able to care for him- I will provide paid training for this. We do also have a dog who generally just loves people. Light housekeeping- helping kids clean up as needed, cleaning up after yourself- as long as I can come home to how I left it, thats all that matters to me! Prefer someone who is able to help manage older children- ages 10 & 12, both neurodivergent. Thanks for taking the time to read this
