Nanny Needed For My Children In Edwardsburg.

I mainly need help juggling my 8-month-old and my 3-year-old toddler. When my son (8 months) needs me I feel like I'm neglecting my daughter (3yo). So I would need help with entertaining her while he needs to go down for his naps. Its hard because we live in an apartment so we don't have much room and noise travels easily through the walls. She loves playing with her play-dough and slime, coloring, painting pretty much anything arts and crafts for her age. I have lots of things here and she has tons of toys to play with also. We've been trying to get her to understand sharing and being nice while playing because she does like to get a little crazy when playing. She is also attending speech therapy on Thursdays from 2-2:30. We have recently found out that she can only hear certain tones in her left ear 50%. We are still looking into that.
