Hes 4 months old, mom works Monday - Wednesday and every other Friday. Dad works midnights, hes watching him during the day while also trying to sleep for his next shift. Dominic is staying awake for longer periods of time as he is getting older and it is making it very hard for dad to get sleep on these days. Mom leaves at 10:45 and would need a sitter from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. ideally
