Part-time Nanny For 2 Young Girls

Hi! I'm Beth. I'm currently pregnant and looking for a nanny for this fall when I return to work part-time. I have two daughters that I am looking for a nanny for 3 days a week starting in August. I have a 2-year-old and will have a 3-month-old by August. I am looking for someone who is kind, patient, energetic, organized, and has experience with two young kids. This position would be working in our house 3 days a week. I would like for our nanny to have a plan for activities for the day that include time spent outside as well as time spent learning and playing. Our house is very clean and organized. Each girl has their own room and we have a large yard outside and big driveway for them to play on. We have two friendly Rottweilers as well.
