Nanny Needed For My Children In Detroit.

I work from home with a busy 2-year-old. I have been struggling with potty training and learning time between zoom meetings and deliverables. I typically take her with me to drop off and pick up my older children from school, while working, prepping dinner before pick ups and minimal household chores. I'm craving more structure and educational time for her, but not quiet ready for day care. My older children were with my parents/grandparents before pre-k but they don't have the energy for structured childcare now. She's self plays, is a picky eater, takes naps (mostly) and can identify some numbers, letters, and shapes. With older siblings she's very conversational and curious about everything. She thinks my zoom meetings are hers and I need some dedicated focus time and self care time.
