Were a work-from-home Detroit family looking for a caring, reliable and engaging nanny to join our household close to full-time. We have two energetic and curious boys (2 and 4) who thrive on outdoor play, creativity and lots of stories. Position Details: Hours: 8/9 a.m. - 4/5 PMish M-F (flexible but scheduled in advance); with opportunities for occasional evening babysitting. -Probably Start Jan 2 or after the New Year -Reliable transportation is a must. Ideal Nanny: Non-smoker. Active and creative, with a love for outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, and imaginative play. Values minimal-to-no screen time and can keep the boys engaged with enriching activities. Warm, patient and able to set boundaries while encouraging exploration. Can assist with meal prep for the kids & light clean up related to activities
