There is nothing specifically that has to be done. I just need someone here with them and to look after the baby. The big girls are a HUGE help, they can pretty much care for the little girls by themselves with someone monitoring. That includes making bottles, changing diapers and putting the baby to sleep. The big girls are very independent.
