Part Time Nanny For Almost 1 Year Old Boy

We like to spend time together without screens by playing, reading books, going on walks, listening to music, etc. We are looking for a nanny who enjoys doing age appropriate, enriching activities with our baby/almost toddler but also who can keep an eye on him while he plays as independently as he can! While we would prefer to work with someone who has an understanding of child development and activities to do that make sense at a given age, that's not a deal breaker! We would love to talk if you are kind, caring, and willing to communicate if you can't find or need something at our house. We have 2 old cats and 1 black lab dog (2. 5 years old so still kind of a puppy). She's happy and excited but does eventually calms down and naps a lot of the day. We are open to sending her to doggy daycare for the day if you are concerned.
