Our child thrives on a structured day. He loves cars, using his imagination, helping out and to feel like he is contributing, and loves to read and tell stories. He also loves play dough and crafts. He loves learning new things and is always investigating the world around him. An ideal day would be to wake up at 7AM, eat a healthy breakfast, Play and do crafts until nap time at 11AM, wake up at 1:00, eat lunch, play outside, enjoy an afternoon snack around 330. Sugar needs to be limited and nothing caffienated. Television also has to be significantly limited.
