About the job
My son is autistic but high functioning. He needs just directions and someone to be here when I go to work. He needs someone to help him get in bed on time and then get up for school in the morning and make breakfast before I get home to take him to school. I work 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. in Henry Ford Hospital - 4 min away from home. Nights vary but I have a schedule 1, 5 months ahead.
